Throughout her professional career, Mrs. Patricia Kelly worked as an attorney for 30 years, providing clients with counsel and litigation experience. Additionally, Mrs. Kelly has served on multiple boards, including the CBA Board of Governors, PERA of Colorado Board of Trustees, El Paso County Board of Trustees, ERC Board of Directors, and the Initiative Review Committee of the City. Mrs. Kelly is now retired and lives with her husband in Colorado Springs.
