Mr. Oscar Valdez Jr. currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at V3Gate, LLC, an IT solutions provider specializing in emerging technologies to help clients simplify their infrastructures, reduce costs, and create more agile IT environments. A San Antonio, Texas native, Mr. Valdez served in the US Army for over 20 years before settling in Colorado. In addition to his professional career, Mr. Valdez serves on the Board of Directors for the V3Gate Foundation 501c(3) and Come Back Yoga, both organizations working to support Veterans and their families. Mr. Valdez also spent six years on the Board of Directors for the Catholic Charities of Central Colorado.

Mr. Valdez and his wife Roswitha currently reside in Colorado Springs.
