Our Mission

The Catholic Foundation of the Diocese of Colorado Springs, Inc. (CFCS) was established in 1991, with the mission to “establish, maintain and distribute funds for the exclusive benefit of the Diocese of Colorado Springs, its parishes, ministries, and qualified affiliates.”

As a Colorado nonprofit corporation, the CFCS is governed by its Board of Directors and is responsible for collecting, managing, and investing funds designated to support the parishes, programs, schools, and apostolates of the Diocese of Colorado Springs today and in perpetuity. Rooted in faith, guided by stewardship, and united in Christ’s love, we strive to:

• Encourage stewardship by inspiring donors to invest in the long-term care of the diocese and its ministries.
• Ensure sustainability by managing resources responsibly and transparently to support the diocese and its ministries for future generations.
• Empower ministry by providing a consistent source of funding that enables transformative outreach, education, and service within the Diocese of Colorado Springs.
